What is All Is Well ?

All Is Well is a mobile based solution to enhance the security and smart living in the campus( can be an apartment or office premises). The product has been designed keeping in view the usability aspects of the users (scurity guards, admins and residents) ,some of the feature which resident can enjoy are:

Digitizes and authenticates visitors data and notifies residents on the arrival through sms/notifications
Notifies residents when their maid / help arrives
Digitizes resident and staff information
Digitized staff attendance
Resident verification through approval process by campus administrator
Restricts unauthorized access to campus amenities like Clubhouse

Is it possible that multiple family members can be registered to the same flat?
Yes all the family members can be associated to the same flat(by downloading the resident app), but every member has to go through the approval process.
Is it must to download the resident app ?
No it’s not, but we encourage resident to download the resident app and enjoy the feature like visitor invite, visitor history and staff arrival notification/attendance.
How security will use the All Is well app at the society gate?
All Is Well provides the mobile/tabs with our security app loaded on it. This device is locked and none of the other application can run on the devices. Guards at the gate are trained by the team on how to use the device ,so that there should be seamless entry/exit of the visitors and the staffs.
How security authorize the ad hoc visitor and vendor?
We have a missed call feature, wherein ad hoc visitor and vendor has to give miss call on the mobile/tab (handed over to guard), security guard need to select the number and do further processing like capturing block/flat details, photo etc.Once security guard process the request ,notification will send to the residents, also we encourage to use intercom for ad hoc visitor and vendors.
Are we tracking the staff attendance at flat level or at the campus level?
All Is Well provides the attendance feature at the campus level.
What if I lose my mobile?
Resident need to contact the apartment facility manager to block the access to your user id.
Some resident downloaded the APP, but are not able to use the application. What’s the issue?
Facility manager/ admin of the apartment/society has to approve the resident/user access request created during the registration. Once it is validated that you are an authorized resident of the flat and the society by him, resident can start using the app.
How secure is the data with guards using the the All Is Well app at the society gate?
All Is Well provides the mobile/tabs with our security app loaded on it. This device is locked and none of the other application can run on the devices. Guards at the gate are trained by the team on how to use the device, so that there should be seamless entry/exit of the visitors and the staff. Staff can not misuse the data as nothing is stored in the device. All Is Well is completely driven through cloud.
What will happen if the network provider has issue/no internet available at security gate?
This can be handled by using multi sim device, otherwise guard need to capture the details manually and later need to update it in the app.
Can the entry for visitors and vendors made in the app be used in the court of law?
Yes, as the entry made is through a missed call, it verifies the physical presence of the device at the gate when the entry is being made. As all mobile numbers are now linked with Aadhar we can trace back the person.
How secure is data with All Is Well?
At “All Is Well” the data security is given the utmost importance. All Is Well is built on highly secured platform of AWS. All the data regarding the Apartment staff and residents is stored in encrypted format which makes data security state-of-art. All the calls that are made to the server are secured using SSL. To top it all, while we enter into a contract with the association/management committee we specify that the data will not be shared with anyone unauthorized.
All Is Well makes staff data transparent to all the residents and allow residents to see which units staff is working?
This is an important security feature. This enables residents to know where all the staff is working and can get valuable feedback from them. In case of any emergency situation eg theft, they can collaborate among themselves. It also helps residents to know availability of staff at their premises for their respective working hours.
Do i need other systems like Biometric, RFID, or Access Cards for residents ?

“All Is Well” is a simple, comprehensive, technology solution which gives all the features that a community desires from isolated systems like access cards, biometrics, car stickers and intercom. You do not have to invest in any of the above mentioned other solutions. Our features include real time domestic help management, vehicle tracking, automated visitor authentication, staff attendance etc. However, in case a gated community is insistent on integrating with their existing system, we can make that happen.
